1. Scope of Application

 

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Hulo Media (Josip Jelavic, Kossdorffweg 7 / 1 / 3, 8434 Tillmitsch, Austria) to clients within the EU and, where technically feasible, worldwide.

 

These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively in the German language. Translations are provided for informational purposes only.

 

2. Services

 

Hulo Media provides the following core services:

 

• Creation of landing pages

• Development of online shops (Shopify)

• Meta Ads management (setup, management, optimisation)

 

Additional services are offered exclusively within the scope of an existing project and only if they are necessary and economically reasonable for that project. Individual bookings of additional services (e.g. logo design, copywriting, graphics) are excluded.

 

3. Prices & Minimum Budgets

 

All prices stated on the website are “from” prices and serve as a general reference.

 

Projects below the stated minimum budgets will not be carried out.

 

Specific pricing agreements are only made after a non binding introductory call and depend on the scope, complexity and requirements of the project.

 

Payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, cash payment.

 

No late payment interest is charged.

 

4. Payments, Advance Payments & Billing

 

Payment models depend on the type of project and are agreed individually.

 

• Partial payments, advance payments, one time payments, monthly or annual models are possible.

• If a project is terminated early by the client, no refund of payments already made will be issued.

• If services have been started or partially completed, at least 50 % of the total project fee is payable.

• For Meta Ads, monthly flat fees or commission based compensation models may be agreed.

 

5. Project Process & Changes

 

A landing page or shop is considered completed once the client confirms the result.

 

Up to 10 revision rounds are included. Further adjustments may be subject to additional charges.

 

We aim to accommodate reasonable change requests at any time. In the case of clearly unfounded or excessive revision requests, we reserve the right to charge additional fees or to terminate the collaboration.

 

6. Ownership & Usage Rights

 

Landing Pages

 

Landing pages remain the property of Hulo Media unless otherwise agreed.

 

A transfer of ownership is possible but must be agreed separately.

 

Online Shops

 

Online shops (Shopify) become the full property of the client after full payment has been received.

 

Until full settlement of the invoice amount, shops remain in the Hulo Media partner account.

 

After transfer, the client assumes all rights and obligations. Client domains are exclusively owned and managed by the clients themselves.

 

Meta Ads Setups

 

Advertisements are managed via the Hulo Media agency access within the respective client ad accounts.

 

We reserve the right to:

 

• delete or archive old, paused or inactive campaigns

• pause or remove campaigns when a project ends

 

This serves structural order and technical security and does not constitute interference with active contracts.

 

7. Liability

 

Hulo Media assumes no liability for:

 

• technical failures or limitations of Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Shopify, Carrd or third party providers

• changes to the policies of these platforms

• updates to operating systems, browsers or devices

• delays or failures caused by external services

 

We do not guarantee economic results.

 

Advertising reaches real people and is always subject to volatile factors.

 

If errors occur on our part, we will endeavour to correct them promptly.

 

Legal texts, templates and samples are provided exclusively as non binding templates and do not replace legal advice.

 

8. Cancellation & Termination

 

Cancellation is not предусмотрено. If a project is nevertheless terminated by the client, the payment rules stated above apply (minimum 50 %).

 

For Meta Ads management, there is no minimum term, no automatic renewal and no notice period, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

 

We proactively ask clients in due time whether the management should be continued.

 

9. Communication

 

Communication takes place via the channel most appropriate for the project (email, WhatsApp, video call, etc.).

 

The standard response time is 24–72 hours on business days.

 

10. Data Protection

 

Client data is stored exclusively for project related purposes and is not shared with third parties, except with technical service providers required for implementation (e.g. Shopify, Meta, hosting providers).

11. Final Provisions

 

Austrian law applies.

 

Place of jurisdiction is Graz.

 

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
