1. General information

This cookie policy explains which cookies and comparable technologies are used on this website, their purposes and your options for controlling their use.

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser on your device. They may ensure a website's technical functionality, store preferences or provide statistical and marketing-related information.

3. Categories and legal bases

Necessary: technical delivery, security and storage of your consent choice. These functions do not require optional consent (section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 and, for personal data, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics: analysis of website usage. Marketing: advertising measurement and attribution. Preferences: optional convenience settings. These categories are initially off and require consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 165(3) of that Act). Storing your cookie choice itself belongs to the necessary category.

4. Technologies used on this website

  • Shopify: website infrastructure, security and consent functions, and consent-based usage analytics.
  • Consentmo: managing and storing your selection and passing it to Shopify.
  • Meta: advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel and Shopify’s Facebook/Instagram integration.
  • OpenAI: Measurement Pixel for ChatGPT Ads performance measurement.
  • Our session storage: temporarily associating permitted campaign parameters with enquiries.

Google Analytics is not currently integrated as a separate service. Fonts are delivered through this website or Shopify, not through Google Fonts.

5. Advertising measurement

Meta processes events including page views and successful enquiries. The OpenAI pixel reports form submissions as enquiry events. Advertising click and cookie identifiers, timestamps, website information and technical connection data may be processed. Both custom Shopify pixels require marketing and analytics consent.

See section 12 of our Privacy policy for purposes, recipients and data types. You can use a contact form without consenting to optional advertising measurement.

6. Consent and withdrawal

The banner lets you reject or accept optional categories or choose them individually. Your choice is saved for later visits; the current Consentmo setting asks again after no more than 365 days. You can change it sooner at any time. Withdrawal applies to the future and does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

7. Reopening cookie settings

Use the button at the top of this page or “Cookie settings” in the footer. You can switch off optional categories and save your selection. The consent banner is currently provided in German.

You can also delete existing cookies and website storage in your browser. Your choice applies to the current browser and device. Deleting it or using another browser may require a new selection.

8. Storage periods and identifiers

Actual storage depends on your choices, the functions you use and browser restrictions. The following identifiers and durations are particularly relevant to our services:

  • Consentmo selection: up to 365 days; necessary.
  • Shopify _tracking_consent: up to 1 year; stores privacy preferences.
  • Shopify _shopify_s / _shopify_y: analytics; 30 minutes from last use and up to 1 year respectively.
  • Meta _fbp: marketing; normally up to 3 months.
  • OpenAI __oppref / __obref: marketing attribution; up to 30 and 365 days respectively.
  • Our campaign storage: browser session storage; cleared on withdrawal of marketing consent.

Shopify security and session identifiers may also be used depending on the functions accessed. These durations concern browser storage, not necessarily all server-side retention. Details: Shopify Cookie Policy, Meta Cookies Policy and OpenAI Measurement Pixel.

9. Providers and further information

These services are provided by Shopify, Consentmo, Meta and OpenAI. For details about responsibility, data types, service providers, your rights and contact options, see our Privacy policy.

10. International data transfers

The use of certain services may involve processing personal data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Where required, this takes place on the basis of appropriate statutory safeguards, in particular adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

11. Changes to this cookie policy

We reserve the right to update this cookie policy if technical, legal or organisational changes arise.
