Online stores

Your brand.
Your online store.

We build your online store around buying psychology and conversion rate optimisation. We make the reasons to buy clear, address concerns and design the journey from the product overview through to checkout.

D2C & B2BNew stores & improvements
Your store. Your signature.

As individual
as your brand.

Your store should express your brand and show what customers gain from your products. We create an individual design and build it in code. Your range, product presentation and store experience follow the needs of your business.

For new stores, we use Shopify as the technical platform. It provides product, inventory, order and payment management. We build your individual storefront on that foundation. As a registered Shopify Partner, we clarify which features belong to the platform and where apps or custom code make sense.

The thinking behind it

Your customers have
their own way of buying.

A D2C brand sells directly to people choosing a product for themselves. In B2B, other questions may determine the decision: does it suit the application, what quantities are needed and how does ordering work? We shape content and the buying journey around how your customers actually decide.

Our Meta Ads work also covers what happens before the store visit: which message creates interest and what people expect when they land on a product page. That understanding informs navigation, content and mobile usability.

Working together

What we
take care of.

The scope depends on your project. These areas form the foundation of our work.

01

Store strategy & structure

We organise your range, categories and navigation around your customers’ tasks. A focused brand range needs a different structure from a large catalogue with variants, applications or distinct buyer groups.

02

Brand & trust

We express your brand through design, imagery and language. Product details, genuine reviews and delivery or ordering information appear where they answer a specific question.

03

Product pages & conversion

We identify what buyers need to know before ordering. Images, details, variants and purchase options follow a clear sequence. Choosing a product and taking the next step need to work just as well on a phone.

04

Development & testing

We build the agreed pages and features and check the essential workflows before launch. This includes mobile use, product selection, the basket and checkout. Required integrations and measurement are agreed in advance.

Before work begins, we agree on pages, features, content and integrations. You know what we will deliver, what you need to provide and how handover will work.

From your goals to delivery

One step
at a time.

  1. 01

    Clarify the foundations

We clarify the range, brand, customers and purpose of the store. Existing content and data help us set priorities.

  2. 02

    Design & build

We plan the pages and purchase journey, design the storefront and develop the agreed features.

  3. 03

    Review & hand over

We check purchase journeys on phone and desktop, agree on the launch and show you how to manage the agreed content.

Good to know

Before
we begin.

What is included in an online store project?

We plan the structure and purchase journey, design the store and build the agreed pages and features. Depending on the project, this includes the homepage, collections, product pages and basket. Product data, copy, images, apps, integrations and handover are listed individually in your proposal.

What does a custom online store cost?

Custom store projects start from €2,200. The final cost depends on scope and your starting point. A small range with existing content needs different work from many variants, special purchase options or data migration. You receive a proposal for your project. Ongoing platform fees and any app costs are listed separately.

Can we keep my existing store?

Yes. We review what works and where targeted improvements are enough. That may mean a product page, mobile usability or the whole storefront. A complete rebuild is not an automatic requirement.

Do you develop D2C and B2B stores?

We shape the store around whether you sell to consumers, businesses or both. Product information, pricing, quantities and ordering processes may differ. Specific features such as customer pricing or approval workflows are assessed for feasibility and ongoing cost before the project. They are not automatically included in every build.

What do you need from me?

Your product range, existing images and copy, plus details on prices, variants, delivery and selling countries are useful. Together we review what is available and what still needs creating. You can also approach us with a new idea.

How long does the project take?

Timing depends on pages, features, available content and coordination. After the initial review, we can outline the steps and dependencies. A firm schedule is agreed with the specific scope.

What happens to existing URLs and data?

For a redesign or platform change, we review which product data, content and addresses must be retained. Data migration and redirects are defined in the scope so they are considered before launch.

Can I manage the store afterwards?

You can manage products and orders in the system yourself. We consider any other content you want to edit during development and handover. Technical changes or ongoing support can be agreed separately.

Do you also provide SEO and GEO?

Yes. We review your store’s technical foundations, structure and content for Google and AI search. This can include accessible product pages, useful categories and answers to questions before buying. The proposal sets out the analysis, implementation and ongoing support included. Search systems decide which results they show.
